It should come as no surprise. The systematic torture and encouragement of the looting of Iraq were deliberate tactics of the American strategy to blitz-shock the Iraqi people into submission. It's a strategy that has been highly effective in South Africa, Latin America, and South-East Asia. Why not Iraq?
